From 1 July 2013, the Construction Products Directive (CPD) was replaced by the Construction Products Regulation (CPR 305/2011), which makes it mandatory within the EU for construction products covered by a harmonised European standard to be CE marked.

The Declaration of Performance is a key part of the Construction Products Regulation. It provides information on the performance of a product. Each construction product covered by a European harmonised standard or for which a European Technical Assessment has been issued needs this Declaration and has to be CE marked. This helps increase transparency and improves the functioning of the Single Market.

We can therefore confirm that all Dakstra Roof Windows covered by a harmonised standard are CE marked according to the Construction Products Regulation.

Od 1. července 2013 byla směrnice o stavebních výrobcích (CPD) nahrazena nařízením pro uvádění stavebních výrobků na trh (CPR 305/2011), které ukládá povinnost připojit označení CE ke stavebním výrobkům uváděným na trh v zemích EU, na které se vztahuje tato harmonizovaná evropská norma.

Prohlášení o vlastnostech je klíčovou součástí nařízení pro uvádění stavebních výrobků na trh. Poskytuje informace o vlastnostech produktu. Pro každý stavební výrobek, na který se vztahuje harmonizovaná evropská norma nebo pro který bylo vydáno evropské technické posouzení, musí být vypracováno toto prohlášení a musí k němu být připojeno označení CE. Napomáhá to zvýšit transparentnost a zlepšuje fungování jednotného trhu.

Proto tímto potvrzujeme, že k veškerým střešním oknům Dakstra, na která se vztahuje harmonizovaná norma, je připojeno označení CE v souladu s nařízením pro uvádění stavebních výrobků na trh.

Vanaf 1 juli 2013 is de Richtlijn bouwproducten (CPD) vervangen door de Verordening (EU) Nr. 305/2011 betreffende bouwproducten, waardoor binnen de EG een CE-markering verplicht is om bouwproducten die vallen onder een geharmoniseerde Europese norm.

De Declaration of Performance (Prestatieverklaring) vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de Verordening betreffende bouwproducten. Ze verschaft informatie over de prestaties van een product,. Elk bouwproduct dat onder een Europese geharmoniseerde norm valt, of waarvoor een European Technical Assessment (ETA) is uitgegeven, heeft deze verklaring nodig en moet een CE-markering krijgen. Dit stimuleert transparantie en verbetert de werking van de binnenmarkt.

We kunnen derhalve bevestigen dat alle dakramen van Dakstra die vallen onder een geharmoniseerde norm, een CE-markering hebben in overeenstemming met de Verordening betreffende bouwproducten.

Le 1er juillet 2013, la directive sur les produits de construction (DPC) a été remplacée par le règlement sur les produits de construction (RPC 305/2011). Conformément à celui-ci, au sein de l’UE, les produits de construction couverts par une norme européenne harmonisée doivent obligatoirement bénéficier du marquage CE.

Az építési termékekről szóló irányelvet (CPD) 2013. július 1-ji hatállyal felváltotta az építési termékekről szóló rendelet (CPR 305/2011), amely az Európai Unióban kötelezővé teszi a harmonizált európai szabványok hatálya alá tartozó építési termékek CE-jelölését.
